Start: As soon as credentialed
Duration: 3–6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p | 2–3 weeks per month | Open to 4- or 5-day work weeks
Setting & Scope:
Outpatient clinic only – no hospital work or call
15–18 patients per day
All ages, full-spectrum primary care
Rural community – ideal for providers who enjoy small-town medicine
Requirements:
BC/BE in Family Medicine
Montana license or IMLC eligible
Rural experience preferred
Local or drive-in candidates strongly preferred
EMR is Cerner which is now Oracle
1 MA
1 Nurse to 2 Physicians
1.5 Support staff
