Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outpatient care for both Family Medicine and Behavioral Health cases
- Deliver care to adults and children, maintaining a 50/50 split between case types
- Work collaboratively under the direction of the Medical Director
- Supervise and coordinate with a team of 10 medical assistants in the office
- Ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
Additional Information
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Active Indiana medical license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DEA certification required
- 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in behavioral health is preferred
- Client is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas
