Job Description:

Job Function:

• Conducts comprehensive history and physical examinations.
• Manages primary medical care for all ages.
• Provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Buprenorphine therapy.
• Assesses patient conditions, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate interventions.
• Documents clinical information in electronic health records.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers to plan patient care.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Participates in developing care standards and quality assurance programs.
• Coordinates medical consultations and patient transfers.
• Provides emergency medical care and advocates for patients.

Job Requirements:

• New York State licensure, Family Medicine Physician.
• Experience in Primary Care or New Graduate.
• Preferred experience with electronic health records.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Maintenance of required CMEs/CEUs.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
