We’re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving, well-established outpatient practice. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) with shared 1:4 call rotation.

Compensation & Benefits

Two-year guaranteed salary: $290,100 annually

Bonus package: $150,000 + productivity incentives

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 2 years of eligibility)

Iowa license or ability to obtain

Clean malpractice and licensing record highly preferred
