Position Overview
Location: Clinton, IA
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Schedule: Shared 1:4 rotation
Telemedicine: Not applicable – in-person care only
An established outpatient practice in eastern Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative primary care team serving a loyal and growing patient population. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient-centered, and values a collegial environment supported by advanced practice providers and in-house services.

Busy, well-supported outpatient-only practice (team of physicians + APPs)

Build and manage your own robust patient panel

Shared call rotation (1:4) for excellent balance

Onsite lab services and access to specialists (urology, podiatry, cardiology, surgery, radiation oncology, and hospitalist coverage)

Strong referral base and dedicated administrative support

Clinic and hospital located within minutes — minimal commute time
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 2 years of eligibility with plans to test)
Iowa medical license (or willingness/eligibility to obtain)
Clean malpractice and licensing record strongly preferred
Must be able to commence full-time outpatient practice (Monday–Friday)

Compensation & Benefits
Income Guarantee: $290,100 per year (2-year guarantee period)
Sign-on/Bonus Package: $150,000 + productivity incentives
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
