Position Overview:
The Client is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician in Stillwater, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, patient-focused practice offering strong administrative support, flexible scheduling, and teaching opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric).
- Manage chronic illnesses, acute conditions, injuries, and preventive care.
- Perform routine exams, immunizations, cancer screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
- Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in a light call rotation supported by RN triage.
- Optionally engage in teaching (first-year medical students and NP/PA precepting).
- Opportunity to participate in hospital medicine, administrative, or leadership roles.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and quality standards.
Schedule:
- Flexible full-time schedule (primarily outpatient).
- Shared call rotation.
- No inpatient rounding required unless preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $250,000-$260,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Productivity Incentives: Available from day one.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid in full with first paycheck).
- Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the start of the second year.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Required).
- If Board Eligible, must specify:
- Years since eligibility (within 1-5 years).
- Expected timeframe to achieve Board Certification (within 3 years preferred).
- Active New York Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care required.
- Clean malpractice and licensing history (no exemptions).
- Must be located outside a 30-mile radius of other Trinity Health institutions.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Credentialing fees are not reimbursed.
