Conveniently located off I-20 at Exit 190, the hospital is highly visible and easily accessible. The facility will be opening for patient care in Fall 2026, with a modern design focused on clinical excellence and patient comfort
We are seeking full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians to join a brand-new primary care practice located directly next to Columbia County Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to build your practice from the ground up and be a cornerstone of a new healthcare hub in the community.

84 medical-surgical beds
16-bed ICU
40-bed full-service Emergency Department
Planned Level II Trauma Center
6 Operating Rooms
2 Cath/Interventional Radiology suites
2 Endoscopy suites

Adjacent to the hospital is a state-of-the-art, four-story Medical Office Building (MOB) featuring:
160 exam rooms
