- Float between multiple Bradenton, Florida offices

- Experience with Value Based care is preferred
- Provide evaluation, treatment, and management of patients
- Outpatient-only setting
- See only 15 patients per day
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- No Nights - No Weekends
- Call is 100% options and for additional income
