Physician – Post-Acute Care | Valparaiso, Indiana
Position Type: Full-Time (5 Days/Week) | In-Person
Compensation: $250,000 – $295,000 annually (no cap on productivity)
Signing Bonus: Available for qualified candidates

Qualifications:
MD or DO with an active Indiana medical license and DEA
Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred — new graduates welcome
Strong clinical foundation and familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented approach with a positive, collaborative attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
