### Position Details
Specialty: Family Medicine – Outpatient Primary Care
Schedule: Full-time, day shift, hours vary
Call: Minimal telephone-only rotation; no weekend clinic hours
Setting: Hospital-employed outpatient practice with collaborative care team
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
- Manage a large and diverse patient population
- Collaborate with three board-certified physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers
- Document care in EMR and participate in quality initiatives
- Participate in mentorship and onboarding for new physicians

### Candidate Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Maryland Medical License (or ability to obtain), CDS, and DEA
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
