Job Responsibilities
• Provide full-scope outpatient family care during Monday–Friday clinic hours (8 AM–5 PM).
• Build and maintain a robust patient panel in a growing community.
• Participate in a shared call rotation (1:4) for practice coverage.
• Collaborate with specialists in cardiology, surgery, oncology, urology, and more.
• Work closely with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Iowa medical license (or ability/willingness to obtain).
• Clean malpractice and licensing history highly preferred.
• Visa candidates (J-1/H-1B) welcome.
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shared Call Rotation: 1:4
• No weekend clinic hours

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care

• EMR proficiency and time management skills
