Job description
Seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy outpatient primary care team in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The position offers excellent compensation, strong referral base, and great work–life balance in a physician-led health system.
Job Responsibilities
Join a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Participate in shared 1:4 call rotation.
Build and manage a patient panel with opportunities for growth.
Deliver coordinated care with onsite lab and specialty support (urology, surgery, cardiology, oncology, hospitalists).
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards.
Qualifications
Active or eligible Iowa medical license – Required
Clean malpractice and licensing history – Highly Preferred
J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome – Indicate visa support need
Ability to start full-time outpatient practice with shared call – Required
Working Hours
Shared call coverage (1:4 rotation)
