We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, evidence-based medical care, collaborate across disciplines, and play a key role in promoting patient wellness and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care in accordance with best clinical practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Manage chronic conditions, perform preventive health screenings, and educate patients on wellness and lifestyle management.
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
  • Partner with department leaders and administrative teams to achieve organisational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Board Certification: Required in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical or occupational health setting.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with patients and staff.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
  • Experience supervising or collaborating with advanced practice providers.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare trends and maintain professional growth.
  • Prior experience in Occupational Health highly preferred.
