We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, evidence-based medical care, collaborate across disciplines, and play a key role in promoting patient wellness and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care in accordance with best clinical practices.
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Manage chronic conditions, perform preventive health screenings, and educate patients on wellness and lifestyle management.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
- Partner with department leaders and administrative teams to achieve organisational objectives.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Board Certification: Required in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical or occupational health setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with patients and staff.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Experience supervising or collaborating with advanced practice providers.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare trends and maintain professional growth.
- Prior experience in Occupational Health highly preferred.
