Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal or Emergency or Geriatric Medicine) - Stockton, CA
Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time PACE program position focusing on community-based, value-driven care for seniors
- Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, including home visits
- See an average of 8 patients/day with no hospital rounds
- Focus on holistic care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Occasional rotating on-call (phone only, few nights/weekends per month)
- Opportunity for growth into Medical Director role
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary: $315,900 – $386,600 plus quarterly bonus
- 17 days PTO, 6 sick days, 12 paid holidays; weekends off
- CME reimbursement and malpractice with tail coverage

Qualifications
- MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Board Certification preferred
- Eligible to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants
