Job description
Primary care clinics offering primary & pediatrics care, behavioral health services, lab services and more in Peoria and Scottsdale is seeking experienced physicians for permanent opportunities. Open to fresh out of residency Physicians.
Schedule: 8am – 5 pm with an hour lunch from 12-1pm
Need both Family and Peds experience.
Will support Relocation to AZ.
AZ requires - 8 hours of substance abuse training.
Daily Hours -
On site - 8am - 8:30 Team Huddle; 8:30 - 11:30 - Direct Patient Care; 11:30-12pm - Catch up block; 12pm - 1 - Lunch; 1 - 4:30 Direct patient Care; 4:30 - 5pm - Expected to be on site for catch up time.
Visits are 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
At this time - no plans for weekend or extended hours.

Job Responsibilities
• Following levels of medical care and quality for patients and monitoring care using available data and chart reviews
• Completing all medical record documentation in a timely manner
• Building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners
• May include extended hours
• This position requires 100% on-site work at the care center location and may also involve movement between clinics as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Graduated from an accredited MD or DO program
• BLS certification
• Active AZ fingerprint clearance card
• Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
Working Hours
40 hours on site - first 90 days
After 90 days - 1 day virtually care time week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) - Telehealth 8:30 - 12pm; 1pm - 5pm - virtual admin. Must be accessible via Teams/Cell Phone.
Need to be able to see all ages. Urgent care, sick visits after first 90 days of like.
