Have total say in what your day-to-day looks like with this physician-led group in Southern Minnesota.
Practice/Organization Details:
• You choose your preferred start/stop time, patient panel, and scope of practice
• See as low as 10 patients or as high as 30 patients per day
• Join 20 primary care physicians and 7 APP's
• Outpatient only with group support for development of any subspecialty interests
• Hospitalist shifts available if interested
• Extremely flexible schedule options include a 3 or 4-day work week
• Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee in the $300,000 range with the ability to move to production after year 1
• Shareholder status offered after year 1 - receive an annual incentive bonus of the group's gross production for the year
• Full benefits package totals over $100,000 in recruitment incentives

• Located in beautiful Southern Minnesota and ranked in the top 2% of all cities for safety within the state
• Public school system rated 2nd in the state for college preparation
