- Dates of coverage needed: ASAP – ongoing
- Schedule: 1-2 days per week (M-F) - 8a - 5p time requirement 2 1/2 per day, paid for 8 hours.
- setting: skilled Nursing Facilities
- Scope of Practice: Primary Care for Geriatric population - Charting done by scribe
- Requirements: License and certification: KY lic, Board Cert or Elig, DEA, ACLS
- Salary 115 plus mileage
