Optigy is seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician for a locum opportunity in the Los Angeles Metro Area. This outpatient role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and senior populations within a value-based care model. The provider will join a collaborative team dedicated to prevention, chronic disease management, and improving population health outcomes.

• Hourly Rate: $150/hr + paid travel and lodging

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 100% outpatient, no nights or weekends

• Patient Load: 1214 patients per day

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients

• Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on prevention and wellness

• Collaborate closely with NPs, MAs, and health coaches to coordinate care plans

• Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

• Work toward achieving performance benchmarks such as HEDIS and STAR measures

• Build long-term relationships with patients that promote trust and continuity of care

• MD or DO with an active California medical license and DEA

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Prior experience in value-based care or senior-focused models preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient relationship skills

• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, and efficient care delivery
