We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants great work-life balance and meaningful community impact.

You’ll step into a clinical role focused on full-spectrum care for all ages, including chronic disease management and preventive care. Rotations to alternate sites may occasionally be required for coverage. You’ll have autonomy with strong support from an interdisciplinary care team.

You’ll practice in Milwaukee, WI, with access to lakeside recreation, rich cultural amenities, and an affordable Midwest lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $180,000–$220,000
• $5,000 relocation assistance
• CME: $3,500 + 1 week
• 3 weeks PTO + accrued sick time
• 10–11 paid holidays
