Excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine to join a growing practice located in Bourbon, Indiana.
Job Description:
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until all patients are seen.
Call is 1:7 (phone call only)
Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
Average patient census per day is 18-22
Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply.

Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy
Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance
Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits
27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME
$3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships
Submission Requirements
TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (CANNOT ACCEPT INTERNAL MEDICINE - NO EXCEPTIONS) - [REQUIRED]
IN license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
Active DEA (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
COVID Vaccination - [REQUIRED]
Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - [REQUIRED]
EPIC EMR knowledge - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] / [PREFERRED]
