Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician – Teaching-Focused Role | FQHC | Flexible Schedule

Position Overview:
A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Central Washington is seeking a Family Medicine or Family Medicine with OB physician to serve as Core Faculty for its rural residency track. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician passionate about teaching, mentorship, and community-based care to join a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Position Highlights:

  • Core Faculty role with formal teaching, mentoring, and advising of Family Medicine residents

  • Flexible 4-day workweek with dedicated time for resident education, admin, and clinical duties

  • Opportunity to include OB and call coverage (if desired)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $215,000–$225,000 DOE

  • Additional bonuses for fellowship, OB call, and engagement goals

  • Generous PTO, CME time and allowance, 9 paid holidays

  • Student Loan Repayment eligibility (NHSC and PSLF approved site)

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO (or equivalent)

  • Completed accredited Family Medicine Residency (US)

  • BE/BC in Family Medicine

  • Eligible for Washington licensure

  • Prior teaching or academic experience required

  • Commitment to compassionate, team-based care
