Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care or urgent care services in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
- Document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks EMR
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Additional Information
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care outpatient settings required
- Active Minnesota medical license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
