We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages—pediatric, adolescent, and adult—in a community-focused healthcare setting. This full-time role includes patient care, supervision of mid-level providers, participation in quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration with a supportive medical team.
Job Responsibilities
• Prescribe medications, provide patient education, and manage referrals.
• Assist with immunizations, phlebotomy, and patient flow management.
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Participate in case conferences, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
• NY State Medical License & Board Certification.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• Experience supervising mid-level providers preferred.
• Spanish or additional language skills a plus.
• EMR proficiency required.
