Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its thriving outpatient primary care team in the Charleston / Hilton Head area of South Carolina.

This is a full-time, outpatient-only role with no call requirements , offering an ideal work-life balance.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across all age groups.

• Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

• Emphasize preventive health, patient education, and wellness initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities as part of the clinical team.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for South Carolina medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient or family practice experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
