LOCATION WILL BE BOTH MOBILE CLINIC AND A BRICK AND MORTAR CLINIC; Provider will most likely split time at each. MUST BE WILLING TO DO WORK IN A MOBILE CLINC.
Needs change day to day. Please ask your provider what they are willing to work. Facility has Brick and Mortar clinics, School Based Clinics, and Mobile Clinics.
DISCIPLINE: PHYSICIAN (MD).

PATIENT AGE GROUP: All ages. Kids and adults
