Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-only Concierge Primary Care
- See an average of 8–10 patients per day
- 30–60 minute appointments
- Panel cap of 450 patients
- Dedicated nurse and support staff
- Robust care team includes referral coordinators and health coaches

Compensation Structure:
- Guaranteed base salary with clearly structured incentives as your panel grows
