Family Medicine Physician
Compensation: > $315,000 annually (Base + Production + Quality bonuses)

Position Overview
The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, enjoys collaborative work with a skilled clinical team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on access and quality outcomes.
Schedule
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesdays Off
• Typical patient volume: 21–25 visits per day
• Backup call rotation only (second to an APRN): telephone call approximately 1 in 7 weeks
Compensation & Bonuses
• Total earnings > $315,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
• Retention Bonuses:
◦ $8,000 after 2 and 3 years
◦ $8,500 after 5 and 7 years
◦ $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter
• Production and Quality incentive plans

• Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
• CME & License Support up to $4,600 annually
• NHSC Loan Repayment eligibility
• NP Collaborative Agreements: $1,000 per agreement, annually (up to 5 APRNs)

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
