Are you a compassionate and skilled Family Practice Physician seeking a rewarding opportunity to serve diverse patient populations? Your expertise will directly contribute to improving community health for patients of all ages, from children to adults. Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid California medical license (in hand)
- DEA certification with active registration
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience
- Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
- Ability to work with all age groups, including children and adults
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, specifically EPIC
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural competency skills
- Flexibility to work in both mobile and brick-and-mortar settings, including schedule adaptability
Nice to Have Skills:
- Board certification in Family Practice (preferred but not required)
- Experience working in outpatient clinics, mobile health units, or school-based clinics
- Familiarity with California healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of pediatric and adult healthcare procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution
- Two or more years of outpatient primary care experience
- Active California medical license in good standing
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 9-hour day shifts (10:00 - 19:00)
- Full attendance at a comprehensive one-week orientation (Monday - Friday)
- Ability to adapt to changing work assignments based on clinic needs
- Participation in scheduled coverage with no call responsibilities
- Commitment to providing culturally sensitive care in diverse settings
