Are you a compassionate and skilled Family Practice Physician seeking a rewarding opportunity to serve diverse patient populations? We are looking for a dedicated provider to deliver exceptional outpatient care in a dynamic environment that combines both mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving community health for patients of all ages, from children to adults. Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid California medical license (in hand)
  • DEA certification with active registration
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience
  • Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
  • Ability to work with all age groups, including children and adults
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, specifically EPIC
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural competency skills
  • Flexibility to work in both mobile and brick-and-mortar settings, including schedule adaptability

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Board certification in Family Practice (preferred but not required)
  • Experience working in outpatient clinics, mobile health units, or school-based clinics
  • Familiarity with California healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of pediatric and adult healthcare procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Two or more years of outpatient primary care experience
  • Active California medical license in good standing

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work 9-hour day shifts (10:00 - 19:00)
  • Full attendance at a comprehensive one-week orientation (Monday - Friday)
  • Ability to adapt to changing work assignments based on clinic needs
  • Participation in scheduled coverage with no call responsibilities
  • Commitment to providing culturally sensitive care in diverse settings

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $170.43 per hour, with weekly direct deposit payments.
