- 3-5 days per week, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- No Call

- Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic
- Practice Setting: Mobile Clinic and Brick and Mortar Clinic
- Patient Age Group: All ages, including kids and adults
- Average Daily Census: 18 (21+ preferred)
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- State License: CA required (in-hand)
- Certifications: BLS
- DEA
- Work Experience: 2+ years
- Language: Must be able to speak Spanish
