Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our traditional outpatient practice in Delhi, NY. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a physician-led organization committed to innovation, physician wellness, and high-quality patient care.
Practice Highlights:
Outpatient-only practice – No OB responsibilities
Generative AI Scribes provided to all Primary Care Physicians to reduce documentation burden and improve work-life balance
Inbasket Ninja Program: Dedicated team manages inbaskets for providers on leave or vacation, minimizing administrative stress
Network call system: Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) take after-hours call for your patients
Fully integrated EPIC EMR for seamless care coordination
Office conveniently located adjacent to O’Connor Hospital
Supportive, collegial team environment within a well-established health system
Compensation & Incentives:
Base Salary Range: $320,000 – $374,000*
*Based on qualifications, experience, and market alignment.*
Additional Compensation Opportunities:
Incentive plan with no earnings cap — significant upside potential in year one
$25,000 geography stipend for full-time primary care physicians in Delaware County
Up to $45,000 residency stipend available up to 18 months before graduation
Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
