Primary Care Outside of Chicago
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $250000.00 - $270000.00
We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join well-established, high-volume primary care practices just outside Chicago, IL. These hospital-employed roles provide a rare combination of autonomy, high patient volume, and work-life balance—with generous compensation and strong clinical support.
Opportunity Highlights
- Thriving, team-oriented practice with deep community roots
- Outpatient-only clinic with all specialties onsite and in-house lab
- Schedule: 4-day workweek (36 clinical hours)
- Patient volume: 18+ per day
- EMR: Epic
- Supportive, collaborative, and highly autonomous environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Indefinite base salary
- Bonus: Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000–$25,000; realistic income $300,000+ after year three
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
- Time Off: 5 weeks PTO + 5 CME days with 6k allowance
- CME Allowance: $6,000 annually
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) with match; tail coverage included
