Job description A well-established, mission-driven health network in Bourbon & Plymouth, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a thriving primary care practice. Job Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (or until patients are seen)
Call: 1:7 (phone call only)
Patient Mix: Pediatrics through geriatrics (average 18–22 patients/day)
Practice Model: Conventional Family Medicine (chronic disease management, biopsies, pap smears, sutures, joint injections, dressing changes, etc.)
Team: Join one experienced Nurse Practitioner
Teaching Opportunity: Optional — work with Family Medicine residents
EMR: Epic
Environment: Collaborative, supportive, and faith-based care model

Qualifications

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active Indiana License (or willing to obtain)

DEA, BLS, and ACLS required (or willing to obtain)
Experience caring for patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)
Epic EMR experience preferred
H-1B and J-1 visa candidates welcome
Must comply with Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services
