Become part of a trusted, long established family medicine clinic as they seek a BE/BC FM physician to carry forward the patient panel of a retiring doctor.
Details:
• Advance your career as a Family Medicine physician while holding a Medical Director title, w/ only minimal administrative duties
• Provide truly patient centered care in a quality focused model, seeing just 12-18 patients per day to foster meaningful, long term relationships
• Enjoy exceptional work life balance w/ a 4 day work week designed to support both personal & professional well being
• Work in a brand new, state of the art facility featuring Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, manageable volumes, & strong, dedicated clinical support
• 52 total days annually, including 22 federal & tribal holidays, 13 days of sick leave, 13 days of vacation, 24 hours of personal leave, & 10 hours of inclement weather leave
• Competitive compensation package: $300K guaranteed salary, signing bonus, relocation, student loan support, & additional benefits
