This leadership role oversees the delivery of high-quality, integrated primary care, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
Position Overview

Lead and mentor teams of physicians and clinicians across multiple primary care sites

Develop and implement data-driven clinical strategies to improve access, quality, and outcomes

Oversee quality and performance improvement initiatives

Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical program development and organizational growth

Full-time position with approximately 0.2 FTE in direct patient care and participation in on-call rotation
Qualifications

Board Certified MD/DO licensed in Rhode Island

Minimum 5 years clinical experience and 3+ years in a physician leadership role

Proven background in performance metrics, data analysis, and team development

Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
