Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time (3.5 -5 days/week) primary care position in a skilled nursing facility
- 5-day rounding schedule with flexibility to customize your hours
- Day call Monday–Friday with weekend call rotation

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated compensation: $210,529 – $270,529 annually with no cap on productivity
- Sign-on bonus available at month 1 and 13
