Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 4–6 months)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule:

15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000

18 days per month: Base salary $301,000

Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income, potential to teach in a family medicine residency

RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:

Manage a daytime patient census of 18–22 patients on average

Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions along with a dedicated physician admitter

No procedures or codes required

Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine

Hospitalist experience required
