Position: Primary Care Physician (MD or DO)

Work Schedule:

Typical shifts are Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, with rotational after-hours on-call coverage.

Outpatient-only work; no hospital shifts required.
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our mission-driven community health clinics. This position is open to both experienced physicians and new graduates who are passionate about serving underserved communities. Physicians will provide holistic, patient-centered care across multiple outpatient sites, working collaboratively with an integrated care team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope primary care for adult and/or pediatric patients.

Obtain medical, social, and developmental histories.

Perform physical exams, immunizations, and routine screenings.

Order and review lab tests and diagnostic imaging; arrange appropriate follow-up.

Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care.

Manage acute and chronic illnesses, adhering to evidence-based medicine and community standards.

Consult with specialists and make referrals for high-risk or complex patients.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems.

Participate in rotational after-hours on-call coverage.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an approved residency program.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Primary Care (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds).

Valid, unrestricted California Medical License.

Current DEA License.

Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or English/Spanish Required.

Compassion for the health of underserved communities.

Experience in a community clinic setting preferred but not required.

Knowledge of public health principles is a plus.
