- May 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-29
- Jun 1-5
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-430p
- Full Coverage needed
- Possible 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to accommodate travel

• Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA, 6 Office Staff
