Job description
Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our established team at Baptist Primary Care Regency Square. This location serves one of the fastest-growing communities in Northeast Florida and offers an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with the support of a strong, physician-led network.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desired to best serve our diverse patient population.
What You Can Expect
• Competitive guaranteed base compensation of $260,000+ based on experience
• $20,000 signing bonus and year-two retention bonus
• Average of 18–22 patients per day

Qualifications
• MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active/unrestricted Florida medical license
• BLS and DEA certification preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of experience preferred
