- 100% outpatient Family Medicine | Value-Based Model
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for 4 or 5 days per week
- Athena EMR and dedicated support staff for seamless care delivery
- Guaranteed base salary $240,000 – $270,000 (depends on your workload and desired schedule)
- Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), CME, malpractice with tail, and paid leave
