We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. This position offers community-based practice with the resources and academic support of a leading medical center, along with opportunities for teaching and quality improvement.

Job Responsibilities
Manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
Build lasting patient relationships in a community setting.
Collaborate with specialists and care teams for coordinated care.
Optionally participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedures.
Support quality, safety, and population health initiatives.
Teach and mentor medical students and residents.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
Dedication to patient-centered, equitable care in a diverse community setting.
