• Location: Charlotte, NC

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Panel Size: Full panel of 350 patients

• Workdays: 200 days/year, scheduled quarterly

• Practice Style: Business Casual, Concierge Model

• Relocation Assistance: Negotiable

💼 Compensation:

• Starting Salary: $200,000

• Base Increase: Up to $225,000

• Full Panel Compensation: Up to $350,000–$375,000

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)

• Holds a current U.S. medical license (state-specific licensing support available)

• Graduate of a U.S. (stateside) medical school

• Minimum 3 years of Primary Care experience

• Strong interest in concierge care and long-term patient relationships
