We’re seeking a Board-Certified (or eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team that values work-life balance, teaching opportunities, and long-term growth — all in one of New York’s most scenic and thriving communities.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages

• Maintain a 40-hour workweek with 34 hours of patient-facing time

• See 18–24 patients per day with strong support from APPs and staff

• Participate in a low-frequency, phone-only call rotation with RN triage

• Offer occasional telemedicine coverage (a few hours on select weekends)

• Collaborate with a physician-led care team in a system that values your input

• Optional teaching of NP/PA and med students, and pathways into hospital or leadership roles

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary: $250,000–$260,000

• Sign-on bonus: Up to $75,000 paid in full with your first paycheck

• $25,000 retention bonus at start of Year 2

• Productivity incentives available from Day 1

✅ What You Need to Qualify:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or truly Board Eligible within 5 years)

• Active NY medical license (or willing to obtain)

• Clean malpractice and license history (required)

• DEA + ACLS certifications

• Strong interest in caring for patients across all ages

• Willingness to work full-time with a 4- or 5-day schedule

• Must live outside a 30-mile radius of Saratoga Springs
