Seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to provide coverage in a locums capacity, in Somerset, KY. This is a locum tenens opportunity to provide primary care at a manufacturing plant's employee health clinic.
Position Details:
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Schedule: 4 x 9-hour days or 5x8s (can be flexible)
- Hours: 36 hours/week (can be flexible)
- Start Date: ASAP (credentialing takes approximately 14-21 days)
- Contract Duration: Through 12/28/2025, with strong potential for extension
- On-call: None
Responsibilities:
- Deliver episodic, preventive, and acute care to patients ages 2+, for a manufacturing plant's employees and dependets
- Onsite dispensing (training provided)
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active KY medical license
- Certifications:
- BC/BE through ABMS, AMA, or AOA
- BLS or ACLS (hands-on required)
- DEA license
- Dispensing license
