Primary Care Physician (Spanish) - Osceola County, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5pm; Onn call alternates between providers and we have a call center prescreen
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join a well-established primary care practice. The physician will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose, and treat patients across all age groups.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending non-pharmacologic therapies.

Order and review laboratory and radiology tests; refer patients to specialists when necessary.

Maintain accurate patient records and document care through the EHR system.

Provide patient counseling on lifestyle, diet, medications, and treatment plans.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including HEDIS and MRA compliance.

Supervise and coordinate with medical assistants and support staff to ensure regulatory compliance.

Serve as a resource for ongoing patient care, guidance, and education.

Collaborate with other physicians for complex cases and maintain professional development.

Comply with all applicable laws, including HIPAA, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited program.

Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain.

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.

Experience with EHR systems (preferably eClinicalWorks).

Required: Spanish-speaking candidates.
