Position Overview
A thriving healthcare group in central Washington is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its busy, multi-specialty clinic in Moses Lake. This is a full-time opportunity to practice broad-spectrum family medicine with strong team support, competitive compensation, and excellent work-life balance in one of Washington’s most welcoming communities.

Position Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of 6 physicians, 1 PA, and 1 NP in a high-volume family medicine clinic.

• Flexible schedule: four 10-hour shifts per week.

• Manageable call schedule: phone call only, 1 in 6 weeks.

• Diverse patient population with a heavy pediatrics practice.

• Perform common procedures including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women’s health.

• Average 20–25 patients per shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive first-year salary: $308,281–$333,277, plus RVU bonus potential.
