Overview
A well-regarded healthcare facility in Hilton Head, SC is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join its outpatient primary care team.

Job Description, Qualifications & Benefits
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages

• Perform evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Focus on preventive medicine, wellness initiatives, and chronic disease management

• Educate patients and families about healthy lifestyles, treatment adherence, and ongoing care

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

• Participate in quality improvement activities and community health programs

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Completion of residency in Family Medicine

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active or eligible South Carolina medical license
