Family Medicine Opportunity in Oregon
Location: Cottage Grove, OR - Portland 125m
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Overview:
* Unique opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in a team-based model
* Minimal clinic call
* Clinic also has its own social worker, pharmacist, chronic disease coordinator and outpatient complex care manager
* Support staff is fantastic, caring, mission-oriented. A lot of the MAs have supported staff in the clinic for many years.
* Lab & X-ray on site
* EPIC EMR
Collaborative Tea:
* Internal Medicine - 1 physician
* Family Medicine - 3 physicians, 3 NPs, 1 PA
* Geriatrics - 3 physicians, 6 NPs (3 NPs support nursing homes and patients in the community)
* Pediatrics - 5 physicians
Compensation & Benefits:
* First year salary amount: $294,673
