Full time
Position Summary**
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics training to join our residency program as Core Faculty. This is a full-time position that combines teaching, mentorship, and direct patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach, mentor, advise, and supervise residents and medical students
* Attend on the Family Medicine Inpatient Service as scheduled
* Provide OB faculty call coverage if trained
* Deliver comprehensive primary care to a personal panel of patients in a primary care clinic
* Lead assigned curricular areas and participate in scheduled didactics
* Serve as a role model in professionalism, wellness, team-based care, lifelong learning, and full-scope outpatient family medicine
* Serve on residency program and hospital committees
* Participate in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and other ACGME-required duties
Qualified Candidates
* MD or DO with completion of an (ACGME)-accredited Family Medicine residency
* Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
* Current or eligible for medical licensure in
* Obstetric practice required
* Teaching experience preferred but not required
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Must hold or be willing to obtain ALSO, PALS, NRP, and ACLS certifications (provided)
