Family Medicine Opening in South Carolina * Located in Fairfax, SC - Columbia 62m; Charleston 88m * Full-time, permanent opening * Hours: 8A-5P * Schedule: Monday-Friday; 1 on-call rotation (1 call per 20 weeks; by phone only) * Our providers typically see all ages and diagnosis codes. * Our providers see Ryan White and MAT patents Benefits: * We offer a salary, medical, dental, and vision insurance, CME time and stipend, some assistance with relocation, paid sick and paid vacation time, 11 paid holidays, 403(b) as well as STD, LTD, and Life insurance. * Possible Sign on Bonus COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER: We are a non-profit, 501(c)3, primary health care organization, and have provided health care services for over 40 years. The organization services Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell and Aiken Counties in South Carolina and currently cares for approximately 19,000+ patients. ABOUT FAIRFAX: Fairfax began as a very small community with two names. Its post office was called "Sanders" and the trainstop was called "Campbell Station." This was before 1880, and at least six families lived there. Two of the families had the last name of Sanders - which was probably the reason for calling the post office by that name. The community was fortunate to have a railroad and continued to grow around its depot.
